Rich and juicy Skin-on Turkey Breast joint, handcrafted by our master butchers. Perfect for a Sunday roast and tastes just as amazing as a sandwich the next day.
Oven: Place in roasting tin, lightly season and cover with foil. Roast in centre of pre-heated oven. 180°C/Fan 160°C/Gas 4. Cook 20 minutes per 1lb adding an extra 20 minutes. Last 10 minutes remove foil to achieve the crisp. Remove from oven, cover with foil and rest for 10 minutes. Remove strings, carve and serve.
