Baby Back Loin Pork Ribs seasoned with our in-house salt and pepper blend, perfect for a barbecue or a slow cook to create that incredible meat falling off the bone texture. Best served with BBQ sauce. mississippi BBQ Sauce
Ingredients
Pork 94%, Sugar, Maltodextrin, Salt, spices (black pepper, ginger, fennel seed, cracked red chilli, star anise, cinnamon, clove), starch, vegetable fat powder (palm oil, lactose(milk), dried garlic, dried onion, dried parsley, barley, malt extract, colours (curcumin, paprika extract), spices extracts, natural flavourings, silicon dioxide.
Cooking
Oven: Place on a baking tray and cover with foil and cook in centre of pre-heated oven for 30 minutes. 180°c fan / gas 5. Carefully remove foil and place back into the oven for another 15-20 minutes. Leave to stand for 5 minutes after cooking.
