Salchichón Ibérico Sliced 100g
Free range and fed just with acorns (Bellota). Made with selected lean Ibérico pork meats, whole black peppercorn and natural spices. Air dried for 4 months from the region of Guijuelo, creating an intense flavour and melt in the mouth texture.

Lean Ibérico pork, sea salt, black pepper, garlic, natural spices, emulsifiers (E-450a, E-450b, E-450c), antioxidant (E-300), preservatives (E-250, E-252).
