Pork Loin Bone in - will taste incredible slow-roasted, marinated, or stuffed. Bone in for extra flavour.

Cooking
Oven: Place in roasting tin, lightly season and cover with foil. Roast in centre of pre-heated oven. 180°C/Fan 160°C/Gas 4. For a medium roast cook 20 minutes per 1lb adding an extra 20 minutes. Remove from oven, cover with foil and rest for 10 minutes. Remove strings, carve and serve.
