MOJO PICÓN VERDE 135g

Mojo Picón Verde - Green Mojo 135g

This sauce comes from the Canary Islands. It is a staple there, and goes with just about everything! It normally accompanies potatoes and fresh fish, either fried or boiled, although it also goes perfectly with roasted chicken too.

INGREDIENTS 
Sunflower oil, water, choricero pepper pulp (15.9%), wine vinegar, fresh purple garlic (4.8%), dried green pepper (3.4%), coriander (0.8%), spices (0.6%), sugar, salt, citric acid, aroma, stabilizer: xanthan gum, modified startch natural antioxidants (E-304, E-306)
