Honey Roast Gammon
Boneless Gammon
Gammon Roast Joint, covered in a sweet honey glaze.
Ingredients
Pork, (89%) Water, Salt, Preservatives E250, E252, Sodium Bicarbonate, Antioxidant Sugar, Honey powder, Starch, Salt, (Plain caramel, curcumin, paprika extract. Dried tomato, Acid (Citric acid), Thickener (Guar gum), Natural flavouring, Yeast extract, Cinnamon.
Cooking
Oven: Place in roasting tin, lightly season and cover with foil. Roast in centre of pre-heated oven. 180°C/Fan 160°C/Gas 4. Cook 25 minutes per 1lb adding an extra 20 minutes. Remove from oven, cover with foil and rest for 10 minutes. Remove strings, carve and serve.
