Lamb Shank Leg marinated in a garden mint sauce.
Ingredients
Lamb 93%, Sugar, Acids (Sodium Diacetate, Malic Acid), Dried Glucose Syrup, Modified Starch, Salt, Dried Mint, Yeast Extract, Dried Tomato, Natural Flavouring, Colours ( Paprika Extract, Natural Rosemary Flavouring, Curcumin), Thickeners (Xanthan Gum, Guar Gum), Natural Garden Mint Flavoring.
Cooking
Oven: Place in roasting tin, loosely cover with foil. Roast in centre of pre-heated oven. 160°C/Gas 4. Cook for 60 minutes. Last 10 minutes remove foil to achieve the crisp. Remove from oven, cover with foil and rest for 10 minutes.
Ideal for pot roast.
